Nothing was said of the effects of the energy injected by the HAARPs Antenna Array. Injecting 1,000 megawatts of power to a single point in the atmosphere does indeed effect weather. This system is based on the works of Nikola Tesla and having a very deep knowledge of Tesla’s work allows me to understand the real world effects of such a system. Do you think that its by chance the the Van Allen belt in the upper atmosphere oscillates at the same frequency as your brain waves? This system could be used to effect the mind. That is a undisputed fact. Tesla knew this and kept his mouth shut because he knew the evil men do (in Government).
But don’t worry, just keep believing in that “Hope and Change”
