Why not have the optician just bend the earpieces that hold them on to correct for the problem? The other thing they can do is set the glass frames level but set the lens-center line of the higher eye exactly high enough for it and the lens-centerline of the lower eye exactly low enough for it. The frame will look level but the optics will match what you need.
